The basis for
this work was to look at the internal workings of many things, and
what might happen when these internal workings fail. Transport
engines, animal organs, prosthetic limbs and bone structure all hold vital connecting elements. Sockets, veins, plugs and cell structure
are some of the' Guts of Things' I initially looked at as inspiration
for this body of work.
